Reception & shop

The popular publications of the Swiss Heritage Society, a colourfully printed gym bag with the Patumbah dragon, or books and articles on the current exhibition: you will find a wide range of delightful surprises for young and old. Flip through the pages of the Swiss Heritage Society magazine and glance at the various publications – there to discover, browse or give as a gift.

Further contacts in the villa and park

In addition to the Swiss Heritage Center, the offices of the Swiss Heritage Society, the Ferien im Baudenkmal Foundation for holidays in buildings of historic significance and the Schoggitaler chocolate medallion fundraising campaign are also located in the Villa Patumbah. Together we form a centre for building culture.

The Patumbah Foundation owns the villa and the associated coach house and is committed to their preservation. It rents out the villa to the Swiss Heritage Society and the coach house to private individuals.

The City of Zurich owns the southern part of the park. It maintains the public historic park grounds through the Grün Stadt Zürich Department. It is the contact point for enquiries regarding rental of the garden pavilion or permits for events in the park.

The Hammam Basar + Salon is located next to the lower entrance of the park on Mühlebachstrasse. In addition to a hammam visit, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean-Maghreb specialities from the salon’s kitchen or simply a coffee.
